Our primary goals are to build a sense of community and belonging among the women in economics and to foster a more inclusive learning and working environment. We want to open and continue the discussion of issues raised in the field and in broader research on gender dynamics in academia. In doing so, we hope to address the leaky pipeline of women into academic positions in economics.
